Writing this book during the start of a pandemic forced me to put extra thought into the practicality of each recipe, the simplicity of ingredients used, and the ease of method: because who wants to spend extra time shopping & fussing in the kitchen when we have so much else going on?
My goal was to create simple-yet-delicious recipes that anyone can make, and everyone will enjoy.
There are 60 brand-new, paleo friendly recipes in this book, divided into 6 chapters that I am so proud of:
- Make-Ahead Breakfasts (muffins, sheet pans, pancake mix, egg bites, casseroles, & more)
