Mint Chocolate Protein Shake

The perfect creamy mint chocolate flavor packed with protein, healthy carbs and fats, and fiber.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop grass fed chocolate protein powder linked below
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp peppermint extract start with 1/4 then add more if you like
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 medium avocado
  • 1/2 frozen banana optional for extra sweet & creamy!

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until super creamy and smooth. I recommend starting with 1/4 tsp of the peppermint and then adding more to your taste!
