A favorite morning or afternoon pick me up that packs the protein and is the perfect “coffee ice cream” flavor I love! I’ve been lining my cup for my protein iced coffee with my date caramel recently and it is next level. Here we go!

This drink couldn’t be easier to whip up in the blender and is my favorite to sip on throughout the afternoon especially if we’re on the go but I need to hit my protein macros! You’re gonna LOVE.

Four Ingredient Date Caramel in the Blender

Protein Iced Coffee with Date Caramel Lined Cup

A quick and delicious creamy smooth protein drink perfect for an afternoon pick me up that will help you hit your macros!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1 cup milk of choice oat, almond, dairy, etc
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 medium banana optional if you have carb macros to hit!
  • big scoop ice
  • 1 spoonful date caramel

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients (except the date caramel) to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Scoop some date caramel on the back of a spoon and use it to line the edges of your cup for extra flavor.
  • Pour the creamy protein iced coffee into the cup and enjoy!

Notes

Macros calculated with the banana and almond milk for the milk option.  You can omit the banana if you’re aiming for lower carb!
