Back with a “What I Ate” in a day video! Keeping things REAL simple this week to get my digestion back on track after sneaking in a lot more carbs/random meals in (sushi, smoothies, GF pizza… it was all catching up with me & I was feeling a little “off”!) Feels so good to get back to the basics!

I’ll probably do this “meat, green veggies, & a splash of cream” protocol for a couple of weeks before adding more foods back in! So far feeling so good, lost some lbs of bloat really quickly, and energy/digestion is great.

What’s your diet looking like lately?! All the carbs, low carb/high fat, a balance somewhere in between? Do you have any specific goals you’re working towards? Love hearing what’s working for you all!

FOOD DETAILS…

  • LATE MORNING:
    • Coffee + cream to sip throughout late AM, around 11 or so
  • MEAL 1 Around 1:00 PM:
    • “Breakfast Salad” with sugar free bacon, chicken apple sausage, avocado, olive oil, pink salt, and red pepper flakes
  • SNACK While Prepping Dinner:
    • Another coffee with cream I forgot to show
    • Union Pepperoni Crisps
  • DINNER Around 6:30 or 7:00
    • Fajita Salad with shrimp, salmon, spinach, green bell pepper, avocado, avocado oil, and lime juice
    • Small glass of organic no sulfites added red wine

Plus, lots of water/sparkling water throughout the day! Especially in the morning.

This gives me an eating window of 1:00 to 7:00, if you don’t count the coffee, so around an 18:6 fast. If you do count the coffee, 16:8!

I don’t really obsess over the times/numbers, I just focus on what feels good & gives me the results I want: energy, focus, happy digestion, fat burning… all those good things!
