Elderberry syrup has become a go-to for us during cold & flu season or anytime we’re around someone who’s sick. Whether you buy a pre-made bottle or make your own at home, put it to work in these kids (and adult!) friendly Elderberry Syrup gummies!
Elderberry Syrup Gummies
The regular syrup is great for drinking out of a shot glass or mixing into smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal – however you like. But who can say no to a gummy? Not a kiddo (or me!), that’s for sure! I make these in silicone gummy molds and love THIS ONE for the perfect serving size. 1 for kids, 3 for adults!

*talk to your doctor & do your research, but these are just some of the many benefits Iโve learned of myself!
- treat the common cold/flu
- boost the immune system
- reduce inflammation
- relieve back / nerve pain
- prevent heart disease
- relieve constipation
- treat high cholesterol
- relieve headaches
What you Need to Make the Gummies
This recipe makes about 60 gummies, just enough to get you through cold and flu season. Here’s what you need:
- 1 cup elderberry syrup
- 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- Silicone Gummy Molds
Heat the syrup and gelatin in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk while it warms up just enough for the gelatin to dissolve. Be careful not to overheat and kill the healthy enzymes. Transfer to the silicone molds using an eyedropper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
