5 things I’ve stuck to 👇🏼 (comment PROGRAM for the one I’d recommend most of all I’ve tried - new round starts tomorrow 3/10 and again 3/24!)

What’s worked for me:

1. Calculate my calories / macros & set a daily goal for myself
2. Prioritize protein first, then a balance of fat and carbs
3. Focus on whole foods (while making room for the “fun stuff” too so I don’t feel deprived)
4. Commit to exercising 4-5 days per week (start with walking / hitting a step goal, then add in strength training)
5. Set a water goal and hit it daily (half my body weight in oz)

If you’re feeling the overwhelm and wanting the structure and accountability that comes with following a program, I feel ya! I’ve tried several and my favorite for an all-in-one where I got the most bang from my buck and learned the most that I could carry forward with me is the Faster Way!

I feel like their 6 week program is the perfect length of commitment to really see a change and get some new lifestyle habits in place. I’ve gone back to the program again and again because I love the workouts so much!

Eating well and hitting protein goals doesn’t have to be boring - I love breakfasts like this so much!

One of my go to breakfasts in the rotation when I want high protein and filling 🙌🏼 these are great to prep ahead and warm up for on the go too! Just microwave and/or air fry and take on the run 🤎

- 2 slices ham, chopped
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- Avocado oil spray
- 3 eggs
- Sprinkle of: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper (everything but the bagel seasoning is great in this too!)
- 1 tbsp shredded cheese
- 1 large tortilla (using the Xtreme Wellness High Fiber one here)

1. Add the ham & spinach to a pan over medium heat with a little avocado oil spray just to warm and wilt the greens
2. Make a space in the center of the pan and add avocado oil spray, then add the eggs (can whisk first if you like but I don’t usually). Sprinkle with spices and scramble until just set.
3. Lay a tortilla out flat and sprinkle with cheese if using. Scoop the scramble into the center then wrap up - tuck the sides first then roll.
4. If you like crispy, or are reheating from the fridge, add to an air fryer pan seam side down and crisp on 425°F for just a few minutes until golden on top.
5. I love mine with salsa! Enjoy!

415 calories 26g carbs 17g fiber 21g fat 39g protein 💪🏼

If you need lower fat/cals, this is also great minus the sprinkle of cheese and swap the three eggs for 1 egg + 1/2 cup whites ☺️
