Elderberry Syrup Gummies
Elderberry syrup has become a go-to for us during cold & flu season or anytime we're around someone who's sick. Whether you buy a pre-made bottle or make your own at home, put it to work in these kids (and adult!) friendly Elderberry Syrup gummies!
Keyword: elderberry syrup, gummies, immunity, kid-friendly gummies,
Servings: 60 Gummies
- 1 cup elderberry syrup
- 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
Combine the syrup and gelatin in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk frequently, heating until just warm enough for the gelatin to dissolve (you don’t want to overheat and kill the healthy enzymes in the raw honey).
Using an eyedropper, transfer the mixture into silicone molds with 1 teaspoon/5ml cavity.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (closer to 2 hours is even better) until solidified.
Pop-out the gummies and store in an airtight container in the fridge (we use a mason jar!)
