For the Pork Chops
- 4 boneless pork chops thick cut about 1"
- avocado oil spray
- chili powder
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt
- black pepper
For the Maple Mustard Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning
Pat the pork chops dry and arrange on an air fryer tray in a single layer. Spray with avocado oil on the top side, and sprinkle with the seasonings to your taste (I do about 1/4 tsp per chop, per side).Air fry at 450ºF for 10 minutes, then flip and repeat with the avocado oil and seasonings on the other side. Continue to cook for 5-10 minutes more (depending on the thickness of your pork chops) until the internal temp reads about 145ºF. While the pork chops cook, add the sauce ingredients to a small bowl and stir until smooth and combined.
Serve the pork chops drizzled with the sauce, or serve it on the side for dipping. Great on your veggies & roasted potatoes, too! Enjoy!
