Bulletproof Coconut Iced Coffee

- 8 oz strong brewed coffee, chilled (you can also use a cold brew)
- 4 oz coconut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1 tsp vanilla ghee
- 1 scoop collagen*
- handful ice
Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
Blend on the highest setting for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
- Omit the maple syrup, and this is Whole30 compliant!
- Substitute coconut oil if you don't have MCT oil.
- For the collagen, you can use the flavorless collagen peptides (blue canister), the vanilla flavored peptides (yellow canister), OR the collagen creamer which has additional healthy fats.
